Hello, and welcome back to Kay-tvtalk! The show I will be reviewing today is called Scandal. This show first premiered on April 5, 2012; it has had a lot of seasons. It was also created by the same creator of Grey's Anatomy, Shonda Rhimes. This show is currently on television right now premiering its final season. This show's past seasons are all available on Netflix. Scandal is about a woman named Olivia Pope, who is a former media consultant to the president. However, thats not all she was to the president. After deciding to leave the White House after her affair with the president, she opened up her own crisis management firm. The crisis management firm is where people of high profile such as an army officer, lawyer, Governor or Judge, would go to make sure their dirty little secrets are under wraps; Olivia is the best at handling a scandal, regardless of the issue. Olivia has a team that consists of about 4-5 people who help her with all her client cases, she has also helped each person from her team in past situations as well, this contributes to the bond between each character on the show. Although, Olivia and her team are experts at cleaning up other peoples messes, they struggle with handling their own issues. These issues cause a lot of trouble for the team as the show goes on. Olivia, who appears to be perfect, often has the world on her shoulders; she tries to keep her issues away from her team. This also causes other problems for the team that may have been avoided. This team goes through great lengths to protect Olivia and their clients. How far will they go ? I absolutely love this show, this show was one of my favorite shows for years. The setting of this show, which is centered in Washington D.C. frequently inside of the white house, makes it different from a typical show. You will really grow to love the characters, they are always on the move. Their are always so many other story lines going on in the show, you are hardly ever bored! However, after several seasons, the show did get a bit repetitive, which is why I no longer watch the show. Sometimes if its too much going on, you can't keep up. I would recommend this show to anybody, and I hope you all take out the time to give it a chance. Feel free to comment down below and let me know your thoughts on the show! Thanks again for tuning in to Kay-tvtalk. HAPPY BINGING!
